By accessing and using the iptv-norge website and streaming infrastructure (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

iptv-norge provides a media management platform, index, and streaming infrastructure. iptv-norge does not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind. We act solely as a directory and infrastructure provider for media available on the internet. We do not own, manage, or control the servers where media is hosted.

3. User Obligations and Account Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Account sharing across multiple households is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments

iptv-norge offers subscription plans billed on a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month basis. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees at the agreed-upon interval. Prices are subject to change with prior notice to active users.

5. Limitation of Liability

iptv-norge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
