1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your iptv-norge subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. To cancel your subscription, log into your account dashboard, navigate to the “Billing” or “My Subscriptions” section, and select “Cancel.” Alternatively, you can email support@iptv-norge.net.
2. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our streaming infrastructure. We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new subscribers. If you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- After 7 days from the initial date of purchase.
- For subscription renewals (you must cancel before your billing cycle renews).
- If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., unauthorized account sharing or abusive behavior).
- If your internet connection or hardware is insufficient to handle high-definition streaming.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed immediately on our end, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
